Modanella is a cluster of Tuscan farm houses, a school and a church forming a small village situated on high ground, which, with its beautiful 12th Century castle, dominates the surrounding landscape. Here guests come to take time out to relax and enjoy the agricultural environment surrounding the estate. You can go fishing in one of the two lakes on the property or take a hike in the surrounding woodlands. The property has several farm houses which have been restored and converted to apartments.
