The Villa and the adjacent buildings, La Scuola e Il Granaio, consist of 3 suites, 1 junior suite and 12 bedrooms. The villa has a large reception room suitable for weddings and parties, a billiards room, table-games room, casino room, satellite TV, private chapel, projection hall, sauna, gym and a 60 x 30 foot swimming pool with a bar, BBQ, kitchen and landscaped gardens surrounding the pool.
