Villa Serena is situated in the Cortona hillside (1km from Cortona),
where the woods of the mountains fade into olive trees surrounded by
pine trees and cypresses. Protected by the high city walls, Villa
Serena 250m2 overlooks the topmost of the huge tower "Palazzone", an
old palace in front of the vast Val di Chiana. The elegance, along with
the natural view, is possible thanks to the finely furnished interiors
of the villa.

Villa Serena is laid out over two floors. The first floor opens to a very large living room, with a massive fireplace, a large kitchen with supplemental addition of dish washer and freezer and a bathroom. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds all furnished with important antique pieces and beds, two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. Out the door, you will find a big natural terrace with a spectacular view of the valley and the Lake Trasimeno and an outdoor dining table is nearby the path which leads to the swimming pool. Additionally there are 2 other villas on the property to accommodate more guests.
