The villas are surrounded by about 8,000 m2 of private grounds on a wine and olive oil producing estate. It sits on a hilltop dominating the wonderful views, spacing over the underlying countryside in direction of the suggestive Saint Antimo valley to the west, the Orcia river and the Amiata mountain to the south-east and the Montalcino hills to the north. The villas offer a totally quiet holiday location, reached by a road that serves only the few properties of the area. There is a 3 x 9 swimming pool and a spacious garden area with gazebo which are well kept and fully equipped with furniture. The villa is divided into 2 apartments sleeping up to 10 and a separate villa, Molina which sleeps 6 and has its own pool.
