Thank Heavens for Italian Dream Events ! I always dreamt of getting married in Rome but stressed a little when I thought about all the arrangements and paperwork I’d have to do or should I say We’d have to do. So one day I searched the net and came across 'Italian Dream Events'. I sent an email on spect requesting details about the company and got a lovely email from Adina Slye giving me details about Italian Dream Events with a brief synopsis of what Services they provide. When the Volcanic Ash Cloud hit our Wedding Planner Adina, was second to None J Not only had she all the hassle of arranging the Wedding in the first place but Adina had to re-arrange it all AGAIN as we couldn’t fly out on our original date. Nothing was a problem and we felt at ease that all the arrangements were in good care. This was a huge relief for a very stressful time. Adina will do as much arrangements as you wish for your Wedding Day or as little as you wish. Its up to you but you wont be disappointed! Coupled with face to face meetings, I sent endless emails about the Wedding and Adina always replied with answers or alternatives & indeed some great ideas. Adina has a great knowledge of all aspects to a Wedding and has gained a good knowledge of even the smallest query that you may have on you mind, Adina will be there to answer it for you and takes great interest in your Wedding to help it run smoothly for your Big Day. For our Big Day, we had two coordinators to help the day run without a hitch. We felt like film stars with the attention that we got. All our guests enjoyed themselves & are still talking about it! Having a Wedding Planner to take the heat off us with regard to paperwork was a huge relief stress wise. We collected all the paperwork ourselves here in our own parishes but once it left Ireland to go to Rome the Wedding Planner takes full responsibility for it. This is a big weight off one shoulders. As a Bride to be I felt safe in the knowledge that our Wedding would be in Great Care and indeed it was. So don't delay and call Italian Dream Events today:) Ciao Bella, Denise & Eugene - Dun Laoghaire - Venue, Hotel Forum, Roma Adina, Once again thank you for organizing a wonderful wedding day. Everything was perfect, setting, flowers, church, soprano, musicians and caterers. Alan & I had a wonderful day and our family and friends are still talking about it. - Alan and Fiona from Dublin, Ireland – venue, Casa Felciai
Dear Adina, From the moment our family and friends started to arrive we knew we had made the right decision, to have a fabulous wedding in romantic beautiful Italy. Staying at La Frasca, Leccetta and Monsonaccio with the sun shining on us, we took to the pool with chilled drinks and we began our pre-wedding party. To be honest we were having that much fun the morning of the wedding, heading to the hairdressers, Mum said; "I'd almost forgotten we were here for your wedding!" But the best was yet to come! We got married in the most beautiful Tuscan church in Barberino with the adorable Don Luciano. Then the “Pièce de résistance” (yes French not Italian sorry!) but it was! We had our reception at Castello di Vincigliata, the views, the castle, the weather, the food, the caterers, the fireworks, the champagne flowing with family and friends; it was, a dream come true.To be honest our family and guests enjoyed the wedding so much, they want us to have a reunion next year – in Varramista! Thank you Adina (and all at Italian Dream Events), for making our wedding plans so memorable. We had, the best day of our lives. All our love, -Ciara & Michael from Wicklow, Ireland - venue, Castle Vincigliata & La Frasca/La Leccetta/Monsonaccio
Hi! Adina, Our wedding in Tuscany was everything we dreamt of and more thanks to the help of Italian Dream Events. The venue was truly idyllic and somewhere we would never have found on our own. We were able to help our guests with accommodation and organise fun events for everyone leading up to the wedding day. Despite the rain on the day, everything was perfect. Thanks to Italian Dream Events' great suppliers the food, flowers and photos were fantastic. All in all the wedding was easy to organise and according to our guests - one to remember! - Jean and Greg from Dublin, Ireland - venue, Fontebussi
Adina and Tessa, Also wanted to thank all three of you, especially Tessa and Stefania who did such a great job during our wedding day, but also Adina for her expertise and advice in the run up. We had the best time. And all our guests are still commenting on how lovely the location and occasion were. I think a few will definitely be back to Varramista! Including the me and the wife :-)! - Phil and Mags from Ireland – venue, Podere Leccetta

Hi there, Well it must be refreshing for you not to have to open your inbox every day and wade through several emails from ourselves. It's about time we wrote to thank you for organizing the most amazing week ever! I've just looked at some of our opening emails from last Nov/Dec. Not only did we get everything that was on our wish-list back then, we got so much more. When we rolled into Modanella over a fortnight ago, we were stunned at the beauty of the place. Everything was better that we hoped, the apartments delightful, the swimming pool huge. Nothing was too much trouble for the folks at Modanella and they really dropped everything when we popped in with one of our crazy requests. The day itself was just a dream down to the tiniest detail. The ceremony was the most beautiful we have ever experienced - the church and flowers looked beautiful and snuggly fitted in our crew. The musicians were amazing and made the atmosphere so special. We loved the priest and thought he did a brilliant job - and not allowed to put a foot wrong with the close supervision of the parish priest. The quality of the food and service from the caterers was unreal. Everyone was raving about it. Visually, the corner looked fantastic and the antipasti really went down a treat (thanks for making up our little plates to keep our strength up during our paparazzi shoot). We missed it (it was behind us) but apparently the waiters came out in a line with the serving dishes for the pasta, fanned out and when given the nod by the manager, started to serve simultaneously. They were compared to ballet dancers by some guests. We were worried about the beef, and they probably hated cooking it so much, but it came out exactly the way we hoped and was delicious. The cake was a spectacle and tasted amazing and they took great care in making sure our frogs were involved at all stages. The special meals were great too - they even had wheat free fresh pasta for the wheat-intolerant folks and a special dessert with no wheat instead of the cake. And they did a great job on the bar, coming up with cocktail suggestions on demand. Imagine the reaction you would get asking for a round of 6 mojitos at a wedding in Ireland!!! I've emailed the band to thank them they were so good, nice accompaniment for the meal and great for our first dance. The DJ was cool, taking good direction from our appointed musical directors! We ended up setting up in the side room after the DJ finished for an traditional irish music and dancing session before adjourning to the pool until 8.30am! The bbq on Saturday was a great success - lovely food and very chilled out atmosphere. Slightly earlier finish than the wedding - all in bed by 7am! They're just the highlights - there are so many things that were brilliant about our week in Tuscany. The fact that everyone was staying in villas around the castle area was superb and we had brilliant evenings sitting outside one apartment or the other with our friends and families. Everyone got to know each other so well and have assured us that they will remember their Tuscan holiday for years to come. My friend's wife Amy, who is from Rome, could not believe that it was possible organize such an event from Ireland without ever having to travel to Italy. She was stunned at the beauty of the venue, amazed at the organization, level of detail and quality of everything about the event. After Modanella, they went to visit their various sets of cousins in Italy. The story of their time at Modanella had gone from relation to relation and by the time they arrived at the cousins, they were quizzed about the celebrity wedding they attended at the largest and most beautiful castle in Tuscany! I hope it's clear now how much we enjoyed the day and how amazing we thought it was. I have already been asked for your details from friends and I hope it turns into more weddings for you. If you ever need a recommendation, we would be delighted to provide one. Thanks again for everything! -niamh & sean from Dublin, Ireland – venue, Castle Modanella Hi Adina, just a quick email to say thank you for all your help in organising the best day of our lives! Matt and I are both very grateful to you for all your ideas - we didn't really have a clue what we wanted ourselves! The day couldn't have gone any better thanks to you and Sandra. Villa Poggio ai Merli was fantastic. It was the perfect location for our Tuscan wedding - all our family and friends have said it was the best wedding they've ever been to! It was great for both families from opposite sides of the world to be able to spend some time together and to get to know each other - who knows if that will ever happen again! We cant wait to get our photo album. We have so many wonderful memories of our time in Florence, the photos will make sure we never forget it! Many thanks again - Noelle & Matt Corbett from Dublin and New Zealand - venue, Poggio ai Merli Dear Mena, Just to say thank you so much for making our wedding day unforgettable! Everything was perfect. Mena you were so helpful in every way. It was more than we imagined. The relais was lovely and flowers beautiful. It was just as we would of liked. We are back home now and we are missing Amalfi already! A very Big Thank You! Best Regards Michelle and Carl Mr and Mrs Peltzer! from UK - Amalfi CoastDear Adina, It must be telepathy – I was feeling guilty over the weekend about not having contacted you since the wedding to thank you for all your help in making our wedding ceremony so special! We had a truly magical moment in the Sala Rossa which we will treasure forever. Sandra was brilliant as was the official from Florence. Many thanks to you and Sandra for making it happen so smoothly. Also the drinks the evening before at the Hermitage Hotel were lovely, though I suspect that they were a little overwhelmed by us! As promised we will send you a couple of photos in the next weeks for your website if you are still interested… we are just getting our photos sorted now. Many thanks again, Niamh (and Derek) from UK/Ireland - Villa Piazzole, Florence |
